A PTFE sheet (polytetrafluoroethylene sheet) is a flat plate produced from virgin or filled PTFE resin. It combines near-universal chemical resistance, a working temperature range of −190 °C to +260 °C, one of the lowest friction coefficients of any solid material, FDA and EU10/2011 food-grade approval and flame resistance to UL94V0. PTFE sheet is machined into gaskets, seals, bearing pads, liners and insulators across chemical, food, semiconductor and electrical industries.

We supply 1 mm to 150 mm. Thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 6 mm are skived (peeled from a rotating billet), producing very smooth, tight-tolerance sheet. From 6 mm to 150 mm the sheet is compression moulded and sintered, giving lower internal stress and better performance in structural and high-pressure parts.
Choose virgin PTFE when chemical resistance, dielectric strength and FDA food contact are the priority. Choose filled PTFE (glass, carbon, bronze) when the application involves higher mechanical load, better thermal conductivity, or improved creep resistance. Yes. We cut 1200 × 1200 mm stock to any dimension, and can CNC-machine parts directly from sheet. Please send your inquiry with a drawing or dimensions for a fast quotation.
Yes. We supply one-side etched and two-side etched PTFE sheet, chemically treated with sodium naphthalene to allow reliable adhesive bonding. Please specify the etched area when ordering.
