Every tube has two key dimensions — outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID)
Custom OD × ID combinations available at no extra tooling cost — send your dimensions for a quote
A PTFE tube (also called PTFE tubing) is a hollow cylindrical product made from virgin or filled polytetrafluoroethylene. It combines near-universal chemical resistance, a working temperature range of −190 °C to +260 °C, one of the lowest friction coefficients of any solid material and FDA food-contact approval. This makes it the standard choice for chemical transfer lines, electrical insulation sleeves, food and pharmaceutical transfer, pneumatic and hydraulic lines, laboratory equipment and vibration-damping applications.
As an experienced PTFE tube manufacturer in China, Kaxite Sealing supplies extruded PTFE tube up to 120 mm outer diameter and moulded tube up to approximately 3000 mm, in virgin PTFE or filled grades (carbon, graphite, glass and other additives). Related stock shapes: PTFE Sheet and PTFE Rod.
Choose by routing complexity and required flow behaviour
Straight, self-supporting tube extruded to a tight tolerance. Ideal for process lines, insulation sleeves and precision fluid handling where a fixed route is acceptable.
Thin-walled tube that bends easily to route around obstacles. Ideal for pneumatic / hydraulic lines, lab equipment, food and medical transfer where routing flexibility matters.
Why PTFE tube outperforms other polymer tubing
Universal pH 0-14 — resists every common industrial medium from strong acids to organic solvents
Continuous service from -190°C to +260°C — covers cryogenic and high-temperature process lines
Dielectric constant 2.1 — the best electrical insulator among common plastics for wiring sleeves
Custom sizes and wall thicknesses available. Review our Our Quality page for tolerance specifications or send us your inquiry.
Wherever chemical inertness, high temperature or dielectric insulation is required
Specify any two of the three dimensions (OD, ID, wall thickness) — the third will be derived. For transfer lines, ID is usually most important for flow rate. For insulation sleeves, OD and ID both matter to fit the wire. For structural parts, wall thickness drives pressure rating. Please send us your requirement for a fast quotation.
Extruded tube is produced by pushing PTFE paste through a die — good for long continuous lengths up to 120 mm OD. Moulded tube is compression-moulded and sintered — used for larger diameters up to about 3000 mm, where extrusion is not practical.
Yes. Virgin PTFE tube is FDA food-contact approved and suitable for pharmaceutical transfer lines, beverage dispensing, dairy and food processing. See our Our Certificate page for full documentation.
Yes. We supply filled PTFE tube with carbon, graphite, glass or other fillers for applications requiring better thermal conductivity, higher wear resistance or reduced creep. Choose grade based on medium and mechanical demand — see Virgin / Filled PTFE for details.
Yes. Every shipment includes Mill Test Certificate and dimensional inspection record. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) is available on request. Contact us via Contact Us to discuss.
MOQ is 10 pcs for standard sizes. Lead time is 7-15 days after order confirmation. Payment terms are T/T or L/C. Free samples are available — you only cover the courier cost.
